The same thing happened at the store I worked at, the lady donated it and thought it was broken. I brought it home, cleaned it up and now it’s our outside vacuum for the patio, does a decent job haha.
I bought one of these back in 2020, for much more than listed here. (A9 Ultimate version came with hard floor attachment among other things)
Cleaning the thing out after each use was a chore, though it is convenient in dustbuster mode using one of the smaller attachments without the extendable wand. I went through so many filters…
I was in the market for a more serious vacuum cleaner, and I credit THIS channel for my decision to settle on a Miele C3. Happy customer so far.
As someone who got the jet 75+ for my girlfriend and use it regularly, and someone who owns the a9, I'd recommend the samsung hands down. The build quality is average at best, and you can't really truly wash the canister out like you can on the Samsung. The filters are also ridiculously expensive for the original LG filters, whereas the Samsung filters are palletable at least. Like you mentioned as well, the power modes are stupid on the lg. They also aren't great on the jet, but it does have a usable middle setting at least
Wish they sold these in Europe.
While you’re at it….how about never buying a cordless vac? Central vac, on the other hand is awesome!

I love the LG and Samsung Cordless Vacuum Cleaners because they're not made with candy cane colors, like Dyson's. Still, after this updated review, I'm keeping my corded Miele.
Would be much better if it was $200. I'm saving up for a D4. Need to find a new job tho
