Is the $700 Dyson V15 Worth It? (Non-sponsored)

I purchased the $700 Dyson V15 Detect cordless vacuum to test and review (so not sponsored in any way), to see if it’s actually worth that premium price tag! After varying real-world tests, I admit it has very impressive cleaning power and features, I love the green-laser, charging dock, multi-tools, and a lot more – however there are some major cons I found!

It's time to have a little talk with your robot vac's. "Listen guys, I really appreciate your dedication, but…"

Valentin Codrean says:

It is time to change your carpet . That s it !

TheCrnMage says:

Omfg. Even the $700 one needs to be heavily maintenanced. Screw that, Gonna find a old school one with 0 to no cleaning maintenance.

TheCrnMage says:

Wow. I make $700 (all rent and needs already covered) in 2 months. That is A LOT of money to people with below average or lower jobs. Lucky you.

Vixinaful says:

What about over time? The battery must get slow? 700 man..700. 🤑

Confidential confidant says:

The trigger hold is horrible. Especially since I have psoriatic arthritis in my hands

These kind of vacuum cleaners, are just a disgusting hyper expensive TRASH!!! I have 2 of them. Dyson and Taurus. thank goodness, i didnt give a money for them. There are just a gift from my friend. He told me: I will make you a gift, because, they are just a toy's for children! And he was right! Sorry, but 600-1000$ for this trash? C'moon But it, in most cases, they can't pick up the bread crumbs. And doesn't useful in the car, because you can't "get it" under the seats. I have a 220v AC "vac" from the past, that make big noise, but believe me!!!! It sucks the carpet!!!!
This expensive trash, cant touch nearly in the CLEANING IN THE ROOM. If everyone stops to make a advertising, these will drop from 1000$, то 50-100$. Only, because of the battery's price and the DC motor inside!
Look's around the internet. The searching engines, are full of video's that which advertises Dyson or else mark. Im searching for video's with idea about improving the vac. Cleaner motor RPM and this video is on the second page. First one is even more incorrect. And im not use a google nooo…. I use most privacy browser, without restrictions with vpn and stoped filters. But even than, i see only ads. What a stupid utopia. This is for brainwashing!!!!

FortbloxNET says:

Who even has a full room carpet? It’s stupid. No one does that. What if you spill something to drink? You can throw the whole carpet away. Yikes. Imagine you walk barefoot on that disgusting carpet and then go to bed and sleep with all those bacteria and germs….

Great video!!!

Marilyn Jackson says:

I bought a Dyson pet 2 years ago. It's like a glorified dust mop. Gets dust wonderfully, yet doesn't pick up anything the size of cheerios😣

Tasha Blue says:

Well I like the one for $700 I wish I could get that one

Tasha Blue says:

Hiiii what's the name of that Dyson of the fluffy one that you talking about I like that one what's the name of that one I know it's the Dyson what kind of Dyson

greg taylor says:

so…what is the bissell you were referring to earlier? also, you did not recommend a best in corded or cordless vacuums. any suggestions?

Lulu says:

We have tiles and have a Dyson v6 and works well. Annoying thing for me is the fact it leaves bigger bits behind and battery life. I’m in a tiny home and I can do a thorough clean without it dying. I also can’t stand cleaning the head as all my long hair gets stuck around the barrel thing.

taking a fat dump says:

the battery life on dysons is actually one of the best in the business. vacuums take a ton of power to run and dyson vacuums are some of the strongest on the market (you can tell by how much it picks up that your roomba missed) that strength comes at the cost of battery life which could be longer but it would add weight and make the vacuum clunky and hard to use. with these limitations in mind, dyson does a great job of maximizing the battery life without making any compromises on performance. you can always just swap out the battery part way through if it’s really an issue.

Ghost says:

I have a shark cordless vacuum, and I feel like it does a better job. The head you get with the vacuum is bigger, which has a bigger motor to pick stuff up from the ground and carpet. I have 3 extra batteries to keep on going if I need it.

Azita Ta says:

Hey there. I bought one of those couple days ago. It’s exactly like you said with battery’s, on off switch and being heavyweight during vacuuming but results it’s amazing and makes fun to work with. Big different is that it’s really cheaper in us than in Germany. I bought it for 750€ 🥸🥸. God bless
