Same problem as everyone else. After just a few months of occasional use some hair and dirt gets trapped between the little square tip and the roller causing it to jam, but I'm unable to separate the square tip to clean out the hair (is there a special tool for this?). Also, even when the vacuum was brand new it was virtually impossible to remove the roller in the manner this video shows because the roller is just a little (by less than 1mm) too long to fit through the gap without a significant amount of persuasion.

Edit: Just after posting this I tried one final time with the pliers, and this time the black square separated from the other black piece (before the two just came off the brush roller together and nothing I tried could get them apart) and I was able to clean out the hair with a razor blade and tweezers, apply a drop of lubricant and now it's working again. Still seems like a design flaw – no other vacuum I've ever used managed to trap quite that much hair in such a tiny yet critical gap.

I am dealing with the same problem now. It's so frustrated. Please inselife help…bought from Amazon few months ago.

My roller brush stopped spinning.. Cleaned it thoroughly, but still it doesnt spin. What do I need to do ? Its just 3.5 months now, and I use it once a week. Is the brush covered under 1 year warranty ?

Zolto Mar says:

Cute. Now where is the tool for cleaning all the hair that got stuck around the motor gear?

Saba Dahboor says:

I have same issue after cleaning it and return it back not spinning at all , i need help 😞

StOrMyBeAtS says:

Same issues as the other 2 people. After 1 clean and removal of the roller brush, it no longer spins upon reinstalling. 3 weeks old

PEB Music says:

No its not the motor its your shitty product that wont spin wow getting refunded monday 🗑

It would be nice if this video showed close-ups of how to position each end of the brush roller. My new N5S (10 days old at the time of writing this) has already broken. I've cleaned the brush roller until I can't see a single hair and the roller still won't spin. Cheap POS.
