My Dyson gets stuck when going from wood floor to rug. The spinny thing inside stops. I have to pick up the cleaner and drag it towards me to clean the rug. This video shows the vacuum seamlessly go from wood to rug. Am I missing an adjustment somewhere??
I found your videos totally useless. I’ve replaced the filter with one direct from Dyson. It doesn’t give an error message, just Whirrs for a second then stops. It would be helpful if you could list “Typical faults” so I could save hours trawling your site to only find your products font have any….

The last time I emptied that tank, all of the dirt fell off onto the floor. the video showed the woman using the vacuum cleaner and it immediately switched to showing her dumping the contents into the trash can. it did not show how to safely remove the tank.

One of the reasons I purchased this machine is that I also Service Pianos and they need to be sometimes vacuumed out (sometimes mice make their homes under the keys) I was curious if there's an option for a Hose Attachment?
There was still power on the battery, I used it to make sure the motor and the powered detachments worked.
I put the unit on the charger before putting it to actual use.
Just bought it. My very fist Dyson vaccuum. I'm hoping it does the job of helping clean up dog hair. I usually sweep whole house and then use pet swiffer wipes and then I use a micro fiber pad and then finally clean my floors.
Just got this at my office and watched this video. I have to say, this was the most relaxing and enjoyable tutorial video I've ever seen. I love the ambient feel to it. Kudos to the video team.

V-ball wheel is breaking. Please share this with James Dyson. You would not be happy when cheap material is used for such a great inversion.
I just got it and I'm annoyed you have to hold the button down to vacuum. Please tell me I'm wrong and there's a way to just press the button once for it to vacuum continuously. Dyson is supposed to have amazing product it can't be that they want you to hold the button down the entire time. It's very annoying
I got V11 this August 2020 and it slowed down. I had it serviced last April 2021 and it's still with the local distributor. I'm so disappointed. It's not worth the price.
