Disappointed in mine. Wish I can return it to Wyze. It doesn't turn/maneuver nearly as well as my past Beubeans (Amazon) stick vac. The the storage hanger is flimsy & cheap and it doesn't have a built in locking & charging system. You have to plug in the wall wart separately & plug it into the vac. Plus while it is hanging/stored in place, I notice that dirt starts to fall out of the vac onto the floor! So the first time I use it I hafta vacuum under the unit to pick up the dirt I already vacuumed. It only comes with one brush roll which is designed for carpets & not floors. On the plus side, it does have a lot of suction power, more than the Beubeans.

Please offer a charging cord replacement for the Wyze cordless vacuum. My cat chewed mine up, and I can't find a replacement. I contacted Wyze, but they told me to return the entire vacuum. That seems unnecessary.

It would have been great to give a heads up that the rubber ring on the lid falls out. Mine is now gone and the vacuum doesn't suck up anything. Still waiting to hear back from customer service on what to do 😭

You need a video on how to use your out door camera because i have not been able to get continuous recording your support font respond and i paid for cam plus and i have 4 cameras and your outdoor camera will just not record continuously

I will 100% buy as soon as the cradle itself charges the vac. Having to plug it in seems counterintuitive. Keep the products coming! I am always excited to see any new Wyze product announcements!
