Can I wash the brush roller chamber with water? because my brush gets dirt on it
I have the A11 Tango. How do you clean the Power Mini Brush? It started making noise within first few days. It still works but I wish I could clean it like the main roller.
Since there are two pre-filters that are being swapped monthly, does that mean that you will only need to replace these two for another two new ones after a year of use? (Given each pre-filter should be changed after six months)
Do you clean with cold water the HEPA filter?
Where does the dirt go from a dirty prefilter? Does it blow out of the side?
I'm confused… the filter cleaning tool just cleans one filter out and makes the other dirty? Am I missing something here?
You put the dirty filter in the cleaning tool, put a clean filter in the vacuum, then trade one dirty filter for another?

Is it true if you have to replace the roller brush of A11 every 6 month? However, tineco does not sell only roller brush instead you have to buy the whole head unit (including the house/casing) which cost around 35 usd in indonesia.
This means cost of the roller brush in 4 yrs is equal to cost of 1 unit vacum

Hi I just bought this a few weeks ago, and I get the soft roller brush as the main brush instead of the bristle carpet brush. How do I clean the soft brush? Can I soak it?
