Rinsed my dust cup as shown, but after two days of drying, there is still water trapped at the bottom between the clear and blue plastic layers (similar to what is seen at the :57 mark of this video). Is there a way to detach the blue portion, so that air can get into that area and dry it? I have an IZ363HT.

I was told by a shark phone rep that it will take 15 days to get a 2 pound package and she told me to call fedex. Back and forth back and forth. If you want to track the call Saturday around 11:30 am please do. 15 days + Feb 6.

I'm on the phone with shark now. I'm on hold. It depends on the weight of the package (less than 2 lbs). I called the 877 number. The lady said I'll get it in 15 days. Unacceptable!!!!

Bought replacement filters from Shark. Sent fedex. Still waiting.

A very useful video! Thank you Shark!

At :52 it says you can clean the dust cup in water! Very interesting because I did that and it has caused wet dirt build up to get stuck.

I called into Shark and they said you cannot put water into the dust cup for this model because it causes it to lose its suction.

Had to buy a whole new dust cup now (for a second time!)

Shark, get on the same page. Thanks for the misleading information to your consumers.

I absolutely love this thing for cleaning all flooring surfaces MyBest.Tools even does a great job on throw rugs. Highly recommend! Cuts cleaning time in half!

The filter came out if the unit, Rocket cordless 1Z340 or 360 series. I can’t get the round plastic filter back in! I removed the foam filters on the top, but no way to open the unit. And, it won’t load on the bottom, above the round plastic disc. It’s like a square peg in a round hole! I’m ready to ship this unit back!
