I highly suggest a good thorough cleaning around once a year and this is the video on how to clean you vacuum and reassemble it without any problems. However i do not suggest you do this cleaning while the vacuum is in warranty. This shark rocket cordless vacuum cleaning video will work also for the shark rocket pro model and pro pet model. However the front roller may be different than the standard brush roller if you have the self cleaning roller. 51:01 you talked about having to remove the main body due to water getting in there. Well this happened to mine. I figured it would dry within the 24hr wait time. Nope. How the heck did you get it off?! Do I have to remove screws first or can it come out skipping that step. Also how much force did you use? It feels stuck on there pretty good.

how stupid… Use a tamper proof screw so that most people cannot take apart their vacuum to clean it. Jeez!
