How to charge your Dyson V11™ cordless vacuum
Fully charge your Dyson V11 cord-free vacuum before using it for the first time.
Connect to the charger either directly or in the docking station.
The blue LEDs – one on each side of the battery – will flash on and off during charging.
When the battery fully charged, both LEDs will light for 5 seconds, then go out.

Excellent product!
Received my V11 Animal today. I plug it into charge as per the video, the blue lights flash on either side, but it doesn't charge. The charge indicator remains at 25% after 6 hours. Any ideas?

My V11 battery, and charger has failed on me after 3 months use.
The vacuum sits inside “the dock” as demonstrated, blue lamp the proceed, before switches off after 1 second.
Then fails to switch on after a long periods sitting inside a charging dock.
How long should I charge this before using it for the first time?
Dyson V11 absolute ekstra pro Gold. How Many chargers Ford it come with? There is a charge stand and wallmount stand. So you have to choose? Because I would like to use them both. So a stand in one room and wall mount in another room. So do I need to buy a charger more???
Would I be able to charge it in Germany and the US or would I have to buy a new dyson after moving?

i've returned to our winter home last week an noticed the v11 torque won't work, it gives 10 blue flashes an a digital sound comes from filter area also display won't turn on to tell me what the deal is. my local vacuum store is still closed due to covid19 please help.

Does the charger have to be wall mounted? I have a socket in my utility closet which I’d like to tuck away the dyson, but there isn’t room for a wall mount.

I just purchased the v11 torque and although it says it has 100% battery charge the screen still turns on red with the charging sign. It works but the screen is red the entire time.
I just bought a new dyson V11 torque drive with stand alone docking station, and the battery will not charge or light up after 5 hours!!! I paid for a new V11, how can a new vacuum battery not charge????
Should the machine only be kept on charging before when needed to be used or can be kept on constant charging throughout?
