Don’t buy the imitation brand. The problem with the imitation chargers, is that they don’t stop charging the battery. They end up having a trickle effect on the battery. In some cases, this is not such a bad thing, but from my first hand experience, it ruins both the Dyson AND aftermarket batteries. The Real Thing! When our old dc44 charger broke into pieces I knew I didnât want to chance it on a generic power supply (the vacuum wasnât cheap to begin with, I would not be happy if a faulty charger burned it up).
