Initial design flaw. But they have attempted to correct it. 3 UPDATES Brush stopped rotating after a couple weeks. Yes, it was cleaned out frequently. Yes, the dust collection bin is emptied each time. Early on it worked great and the dust bin would be full of dog hair. Now there is barely any hair because the non-rotating brush is just clogging with the fur and blocking any suction. So powerful and easy to maneuver! This is probably one of the best vacuum cleaners that I’ve ever owned and I’m not being generous here. Vacuums in the past have either been too bulky or too weak but this HomeVac from Eufy manages to get it perfectly.It’s cordless, light, and powerful enough to grab onto dirt and dust to suck it right into the bin.
