I keep hitting them and they fall off, however, a very small problem in comparison to the way it handles. It works for us very nicely and I am very happy!!
It's not clear to me how many years this lasts. Nor is it clear if you need to empty the cup after each housecleaning (for, say, a roomy 2 b.r. apt. with living room, kitch, 2 bathrooms). Nor is it clear if you need to recharge it when the charge completely runs out? And if so, how long does it take to recharge?
This vacuum is garbage! Battery did not last much past a year on both units I had. Swivel hose split on both, wheels fell off both and the Electrolux store can't service it or get parts.
