I’m saddened to see this unit. It really looks not well thought out! I love my Dyson vacuum cleaners. But I thought I could fully trust buying from their website. So disillusioned now.😢
I have one and use it once a week and really like it but the tray seems to be really difficult to get out and I don't think the tanks are big enough. However, the issue of you not getting a refund is not an isolated incident. It happened to me and I'm hearing that it happens to a lot of other customers. But I am wondering when we're going to get that full-on Animal 3 review.
