Their customer service is difficult to contact. Sometimes they say they're unavailable during normal hours and other times you could be waiting up to half and hour and then get told to check their website. Pretty bad service, however I'll try again today.

Hi we had a plug in Dayson for 13 years it just died the other day good god my wife was very upset about it. It's amazing how attach you get to something. Do you recommend this one and how long will it be before we would need to replace the batteries. I suppose what I am trying to say is it worth it in the long run. Also like your review on this one. Thank you.
This Hoover is priced at 550 quid it might be good but full battery lasts up to 40 minutes only 7 minutes on max power how is that enuff time to clean a house
A pity it seems to have a completely different attachment mechanism than the previous models, which means the expensive attachments bought earlier won't work with it.
Offering an adapter could be a loyalty reward for regular Dyson owners… 😉
How's this thing on hardwood, tile etc floors? I can't use the absolute soft touch as the dog hair clogs it up. Just curious if this gets dust off regular floors and not just carpet.

Our Dyson V8Animal is only going for around1 on high and 2-3 mins on low. What could be causing this?

Does the v8 animal work great on tile floors? I only have title in the house afraid it will scratch the tile

AO have become expensive i found a shop where this V8 is £100 cheaper than AO

This is by far the best cordless i have used,we use this 2 times a day great for dog hair and messy kids

Very disappointing the battery works 9 minutes 😡 does a good job but with 9 mins you can clean

I found a dyson hoover an it worked best hoovers ever most powerfull anyway.
