I wish I could give it zero stars! Save your money!I thought I’d splurge and buy a really nice cordless vac. When it first arrived, it was noisier than I thought it would be, but worked fine. After I had it for about 2 months, it stopped working. It would stay on for about a minute and then stop. I called Dyson, and they asked if I had the original box. I did, so I sent it to them. Battery died after 6 months of light use / warranty denied because purchased on Amazon We bought this vacuum to clean up pet hair and touch up the cars. We purchased it new in mid-June 2018 and it arrived undamaged and in unopened retail packaging. We used it a few times a week to chase pet hair dust bunnies and touch up the cars. Best purchase I’ve made in a long time. Concerned about price…don’t be, it’s worth every cent! It’s sad to say, but I’m in love with a vacuum.
