Opted fo the v7 as a stand alone hoover for underneath the roll top Bath combined with hardwood floor.
Tbf the turbulence from the motor exhaust blew the dust all over the room before it could be picked up. Not impressed 😕
Once you go dyson, you cant go back. Its almost impossible… just dont waste money on aftermarket battery when you need replacement battery. They just dont work. Better to spend 100$ and get genuine one. Our original battery went bad after 4-5 years because we were using it on high suction everytime.

I'm doing research into the Dyson V Series vacuums as I'm looking to make an upgrade, but one question that doesn't seem to be answered for me so far is this: Can you purchase any of the tools that the other models have and use them on a different model? For example, could I buy the fluffy cleaner head and use it on a model that didn't include it?

hi I recently cleaned my Dyson outsize V11 not thinking i just took the the back filter off along with the led screen which was attached and washed it unfortunately the led screen and mode button has stopped working but the moter/ hoover works can you offer advise
or a local disributer in north west if a replacement is required many thanks
