I see the airflow rating at the wand for the v11 torque drive in the v10/v11 comparison video, but the wand CFM doesn’t seem to be mentioned here. Thank you!!

I just bought the dyson v11 animal+ from Costco for $579. It works so well except when it stops on high thick carpets.
I saw the when you showed the suction numbers the torque had 101” but a year age when you reviewed it was
111” so which is it and the cfm changed to

Nice review. I am 65, in fairly good shape and really wanted nimbleness, performance and freedom from cords. I also “suffer” from “fear-of-not-getting-the-most-and-best-features-itis “.
I also 2 dogs, a 3,000 sf house. I use rechargeable cordless power tools with multiple interchangeable batteries and wanted a cordless stick vacuum with this feature.
That said, the Outsize was just too expensive, I don’t have money to burn right now and opted for the V11 Animal. I love it!
It is very nimble; and since it is not a big deal to just whip out and quickly do a room with little hassle. I have never had to run it at maximum power and have never run down the battery. It is relatively quiet and you can easily listen to music on earbuds while running it.
It has changed the way I vacuum, making it easy and almost fun to just pull out and spend 30 minutes on 3 rooms one night and then doing 4 more 2 nights later. You can do your kitchen every night, getting spilled crumbs off the floor and not feel like a drudge.
I finally found a store with a floor model Outsize about 3 weeks after purchasing my V11 Animal. I did think it felt heavier than what I’d prefer and —all other things being equal —-I don’t think I’d prefer the wider head. The LED battery level read-out sounded like a great feature but I really don’t miss not having it.
I have no regrets having purchased the Animal

Guessing 2 batteries must depend on region, in Australia they only come with 1 battery.

Thank you, very helpful! I was deciding between V11 torque vs. Outsize. For my small apartment I think I will appreciate the maneuverability and smaller size of the V11 torque. Best of all I have some great discounts if I buy it from Target! This will be my first Dyson. Currently I have a Hoover Linx cordless vacuum that works perfectly fine but I like that the Dyson can be handheld and all the many attachments it comes with. My mom will get my Linx, I think she will really appreciate her first cordless vacuum!
