This vacuum is the biggest piece of garbage on the planet. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and a dog and bird and constantly cleaning. I charge it fully all the time and it dies so quick I hate it.
It's not designed to clean a whole house, just like your cell phone isn't designed to last all week without recharging it. It's all about trade offs. You should get a vacuum that has removable batteries and have a few extra. I'm a carpenter and most high drainage cordless power tools don't last that long but still better than working with cords. It does bug me that Dyson did not go that route.
I switched off after you compared the size of this vacuum cleaner to a hand held power drill.

So again, why not to buy? Because you don't know how to use it? OK. There is also soft roller for hard surface, it works so much better.
I bought this because I have a hand held one that was great. the stick one is great too. it is great on tile! seriously the next best thing. i am OBSSESED.

Read the manual. You don’t get 60 minutes runtime with a powered head and it has to be in low.
