I bought this model last week. After charging it to full, I left it off charge for a few days without using it and the battery was flat. Is it normal for battery to die when not in use and not on charging station?

Just got this today. Very excited 🙂 replaced a crappy Samsung stick jet vacuume.
I previously had a Dyson v6 or v8 had that for years but got the Samsung after Dyson needed replacing.
Can’t wait to use my animal v10 tonight, after it’s finished charging. Look forward to it. The Samsung was so heavy and cut out had minimal time usage and very heavy to push and manoeuvre around.
What’s the difference between v10 and v11 animal???

Just received my animal and it came with a spare filter with a note that it will be easier to let the first dry completely. I've noticed when the animals reviewed in the USA the main head has a slot switch on the front of the head. Not on the UK one, not sure why the difference.
Poor warranty and excellent product. I have one and after 20 months stopped working and asked them for warranty they order to do this and that and it takes 2 months and they sent battery and not working. and then they said that your warranty now is finished and you have to buy the part include shipping, my sister bought that and after 18 months stopped working. my friend bought and after 2 years stopped working. I would say the product very expensive and promise after wild is not working at all. Very poor product beautiful design.
