Dyson vacuum floor head OEM replacement PARTS My DC39 Dyson vacuum stopped working. My floor piece that spins to pick up carpet debris stopped spinning. There is a red rubber gasket inside the floor piece that moves to release regulate vacuum pressure so the roller can spin freely to vacuum your rug.
