Great for Carpet, Tile, and Hardwood This review is for the Dyson DC65 Animal (same vacuum/less accessories). I ordered the Animal Complete, but the product was mislabeled on Amazon Marketplace. Now, on to the review…I must admit that this is my first Dyson, and I have no regrets on the purchase. For this purchase, I researched online to see what typical customers of Dyson had to say about the products and most tend to love their Dyson. There are also several reviewers online that go through bagged vs bagless and why…

but I hate it more each time I use it I have had this vacuum for over a year and have hesitated to review it, hoping it would grow on me, but I hate it more each time I use it, which is several times a week. I have 2 golden retrievers, so tons of dog hair, which is why I bought this model. I have to do surgery on it every time I use it because it clogs up so easily. The rotating bar gets strangled and the pathways clog easily. It will pick up sandy dirt and dog hair, but nothing else. I have to sweep any big items like grass…

Dyson DC65 Great suction, but one major flaw Initially I was blown away by what this thing picked up. The hose thing is a bit difficult, but I needed something to pick up pet hair. I ran my (brand – X vacuum) over my area rug and then ran the Dyson for its first run. WOW! Right after the Kirby and it sucked up a canister full… no kidding. If it would stay running that way, it would have 5 stars. BUT… as soon as i had a problem with it not pushing smoothly, I noticed a little wheel underneath had just come apart from the center hub…
