Donât buy if you have thick carpeting! This product does not work on thick carpet! It works great on hardwood floors. But it does not work at all on plush carpeting. It only moves backwards with great difficulty. You cannot push it forward at all. The carpet gets stuck in the vacuum. Apparently, this is a known problem for which Dyson does not have a fix. Not your Grandma’s Vacuum! Bought the Big Ball Cinetic Animal from bed bath ad beyond with the 20% off and it came to $503.99. Couldn’t justify spending the extra $100 for the extra attachments. This one also comes with the no tangle tool (great for staircases) and 2 other attachments that are not listed on the box or description.Before purchasing this vacuum I did as much research as I could since it is fairly new still.
