Cheap plastic vacuum – And they won’t fix it when it breaks. I purchased this vacuum shortly before Christmas 2014. In April of 2016 I went to attach the turbine head to the wand and found that the little plastic ring that the wand clips onto had broken off, so I could not attach the turbine head and therefore could not vacuum my carpets. If you like a vacuum that gets clogged all the time this baby is for you. I hate this vacuum with a passion. I can’t wait until my new Hoover gets here and I can take this out in the middle of the street and smash it to smithereens with a hammer. First, it gets clogged EVERY TIME I use it.
