Believe the hype My carpet was starting to show signs of its 7 years of age so I decided to get a Bissell Pro carpet cleaner. I vacuumed with my normal vacuum and then while cleaning the carpets I noticed the Bissell picking up dog hair into wet clumps. This was AFTER I vacuumed! worst most expensive vacuum worst vacuum I’ve ever owned. the filters constantly clog which requires replacing them. washing the filter is absolutely useless, with filters removed it has powerful suction, with rewashed filters it doesn’t. my wife got me to “upgrade” to Dyson from out $30 vacuum we’ve owned that was excellent and had actual washable filters, not plastic enclosed filters that cant be properly washed. a filter is $30. $60 to replace two filters which need to be replaced every few weeks, or otherwise…
