How much did they pay you for the review? Dreametech is proving to be a terrible company. The app won't stop spamming me to join the mailing list and today started presenting me with ads as well. The robot is mediocre and suction is poor. Avoid it.
this vacuum cleaner is an incredible crap, in Poland we have hundreds of serious faults and fake service activities. It's a very good vacuum cleaner but very bad constructed.
Unfortunately, the wall to wall carpet in my family rooms seems to be too thick for the robot to maneuver. It struggles to cross the threshold onto the carpet. Once on the carpet, it slows down, spins in circles and just travels randomly. It eventually leaves the room with half of it un vacuumed. Dreame tech support was no help. Returning.
We’ve had the l20 for 9 months. It has gotten progressively worse at cleaning. It misses spots, doesn’t leave the mopping pads anymore. Doesn’t mop as Well as before. Factory reset doesn’t change anything. Their service departement is almost as bad as roborocks which is mindblowing bad ( roborock responds to your first mail and then doesn’t answer if there reset answer doesn’t help).
Dreame (US) is currently (9/02/24) offering a refurbed L20 Ultra in certified "excellent" condition, for $525 on their website. At this price….THERE IS NO COMPETITION.
I had a lot of problems with this model and each time my RMA was refused by Dreame authorized service. I do not recommend it.

I set up my new L20 ultra today, and it did a great job on my hardwood flooring, but I ran into issues with carpeting/mats. First, it got tangled and confused on a cowhide area rug, so I made that a no-go zone. Then, it mistook the pattern on my entry mats for cords, so I had to turn off the AI avoidance. Finally, the anti-fatigue mat by my sink set off the bump bar because it's too tall, so I have to remove it while cleaning. I'll have to get new mats that are lower and don't have a border pattern if I plan to take full advantage of all the great features. Overall, it's an amazing machine. I just need to make my house more robot friendly 😊.
Are the bags reusable? And is there an adapter for the solution/detergent so you can use your own?
I bought one of these off the back of this review, and i have to say, real-world experience is not so great.
It couldn't clean our rugs as due to the deep pile. It would just get stuck and spin around for 20 minutes and give up.
The mopping experience is poor; it smears as much as it cleans and over a couple of weeks this builds up to become really noticable. Maybe not a problem if you don't have any through traffic, but if you have pets, i'd think twice.
What is better? This or L10 pro ultra or q revo pro

I’ve owned for over a year and it’s completely useless with heavy pet hair. Makes the auto empty impossible to function correctly without constant maintenance. If you have pets, this is not a good option.

The Dreame robot will last little till 12 months usage and they will be falling aparts ,,,something will be always breaking down – be careful to invest your money into these robots!

I always thought dream was so underrated and tineco was overrated. I wish i waited to buy this over roborock
