One of the few low cost battery stick vacs whose brush actually touches the floor and which has a brush on-off switch. Proved able to do better job at cleaning than my former Electrolux RapidPro's could do, and was surprisingly quiet doing so. DD's Foam filter clogs easily, though and air flow through vac's pretty weak.
I have one of these and I love it. I came to your video because I wanted to see how to disassemble it as it wasn't picking up. I had a clog in the very bottom part next to the brush roll where dirt first enters the vacuum. If I would have just taken the brushroll out, I could have unclogged it…..but at least now I know that there isn't something in that little hidden space as I could see daylight thru it. I love this vacuum. It doesn't take the place of a powerful vacuum like a Shark vac….but it does the job for quick vacs of floors and carpets. I also have a shark vac with all the attachments….and a shark stick vac which is corded….but this is my grab and go vac and I could not live without it. I have one for downstairs and got another for upstairs and it is better than lugging that heavy vacuum up and down stairs because it is so light weight. I will definately buy another if one if these ever goes bad…..but I am on my 4th year with the first one.
It's missing the long reaching stick that other dirt devils have . The extension that gets into nooks and hard to reach corners ! Or does it come with one? Does Anyone know if there is an equally powerful model that comes with a "suction stick extension"?

Please help… Even charged and cleaned it keeps shutting off after only seconds???

where can I find a charger for this, mine got thrown out and I can't find one anywhere to fit this model plus I can't order off their website either…

How does the handle section come back off? The section your husband helped push on? Neighbor lady bought one and pinched a wire.
