UPDATE UPDATE FOR REVIEW BELOW:Okay…fifteen days before the two year warranty was to expire…it quit charging. With a deep breath, I contacted customer service. I was initially told to take it to the nearest service center which was 45 miles away. I said that was too far for me and was transferred to someone else who promptly gave me instructions to send a clip of the power card and the manufacturer sticker on the back of the vac and they would send a replacement. Exactly six days…
Is it possible to be IN LOVE with a stick vac? YES! I have all hardwood and tile flooring in the lower level of my house. I just moved from an all carpet house.
