Dyson doesn't recommend immersing the motorised soft brush head into water. It has a motor inside! Not even the dustbin unit should be put into water. Only the soft big and small rollers and the filters are to be washed under running water. Everything else is to be wiped cleaned with a slightly damp cloth only.

Please share your reviews on robotic cleaner which does deep cleaning and can be scheduled ..
Nice video, however from what I know (I use the v12) the HEPA filter should not be soaked. It needs to be washed under running water and dried completely. Soaking it will ultimately reduce the filtration process over time and will warrant a change.
