Hey, i just got my Detect pro today and love it, one silly question though, ,what is the plastic black hook on the pipe for ?! Have no clue what it does,i just wanna take it off cause i cant seem to find what its for.
There is a little triangle part in side that is holding dust and debree doesn’t open and lots stuck in it anyone else have this and how do you clean that ?
The lights on this product is a big disappointment. I used to own a shark cordless 5 years ago and the lights worked great. On this model they just illuminate but doesn't help you see the dust at all.
I got mine today from canadian tire it didn’t turn on so i assumed that the battery is dead when i put it to charge the battery icon flickered red/orange then it disappeared idk if i need to let it charge or if this one is just broken
I purchased this version few days ago and the little fin cup (next to the intake nuzzle on the left hand side 1:07 ) inside the dust bin has built up the dirt particles inside it and became a dust ball lol. And I can’t remove it cuz that fin cup attached to the dust bin itself….
Why would you guys design this fin that will eventually collect dust and unable to clean :/

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?
How do i charge this vaccum?? I did not receive a charger with it, and it doesn't charge when I dock it!!!
