Makita has been my go to cordless for decades. Started out with the 7.2 and 9.6 volt single speed drills, and then the 12 volt variable speed. The LXT 18 volt now is very versatile with many tools available.

@robertwojtowicz933 says:

I have the Milwaukee 2 gallon shop vac. It works great.

@andrewfednander6110 says:

Curtis. Really like your new tool reviews sections. Been watching for a while and noticed you’re using an M18 Pro-press. Think you could do a tool review and even a demonstration on how to use it and your experiences? Company is thinking of getting one and really like to see the pros and cons. Thank you and keep doing the good work 👍👍

@search_eternal says:

I have the M12 vac and love it. The hose packs away on the inside. I've never had any sealing problems with it. Aren't you suppose to remove the filter when you're sucking up water? That's what I've always done.

@warenmann1042 says:

If possible, and the filters fit, i would pull the float assembly out of the Milwaukee and glue it into the Mikita. Good review. Thank You…

@tombeilman5579 says:

I’ve have really good luck with the Makita cordless tools

@jthonn says:

Those are good little vacs. Mikitas are good tools, milwalky is too, but the Mikita vac wins. IMO

@memyselfandifarmer says:

I have the same makita for drain pm. so far it works great.
Dogs are the best.

@sergiomarquez4381 says:

Great review. I use the 20v dewalt cordless vacuum and i belive it has both features that both of this lack on.

@Freddie2598 says:

Return the Milwaukee for an exchange for a new one

@kens.3729 says:

Consumer Reports is Not what it used to be but Curtis Reviews is Filling in the Void. 😬👍🙏

@lawdog516 says:

I have the Makita and the Milwaukee 12V vac, I love the Milwaukee 12V but you have to use the 6.0 battery AND it’s quiet and powerful, just my .02 hope it helps..

@iamnoone. says:

It's tool time. Love the bloopers at the end👍👍👍👍

@iamnoone. says:

Those vacuums really suck. lol😂😂😂

@my-yt-inputs2580 says:

Interesting! I'm wanting to buy my son a cordless vac. Unfortunately he's invested in the Milwaukee brand batteries. Maybe the smaller vac is a better choice?

@OnusBones says:

Thanks for the review. We have the Ryobi version in their One+ line. We've never had any trouble closing it or getting it to seal. It does a decent job around the litterbox or under the sink. I have a DIY-Vac, but our drain line hasn't yet clogged enough to test that.

@zlo92x21 says:

I have the makita only bad thing is when you using it for wet vac it doesn’t stop when it’s full and starts spitting water out the other side

@fernandobazan829 says:

I went with dewalt great seal and vacuum i’ve always used a 2gal shop vac with a small 14g ext and jumper 110v never fails turn it on and then check out drain pan if it dry i’m golden if not ill blast it with air from up top voilà done
