Just for fun: What happens if you switch places with the docks while both robots are running? Do they return to the "wrong" dock or do they recognize their mistake, say by an ID send out via IR homing beacon?
The 70, with it’s sock picking up feature is ridiculous in my opinion. I would be curious how many they are actually selling.
Ignoring the arm not working most of the time, in my experience, the Z70 is a terrible performer on carpet for a $1999 robot vacuum. It also gets stuck repeatedly under toe kicks under cabinets and has some navigation issues (unable to find target). I'll be curious to see what your experience is.
