Excellent video Roger!! I just LOVE this Bosch Athlet!! I'd love it better if it were any color besides Red, lol I don't like that color at all. There's a lot to like about this Bosch.. it stands upright on its own (Dyson V8 is Fabulous except this!) It seems relatively quiet (Black & Decker SmartTech 20V is great but LOUD!) and lastly I'm so happy they are adding better filtration for stick vacs (New Dirt Devil Reach Max Cordless works beautifully up filtration is just a very thin pad with about 4mm foam pad). Awesome video my friend!! Hugs

I take it you used the pet hair head? Don't mean to embarrass you, but it would be unfair on the vacuum otherwise. I dont see why Bosch isn't more popular.

Argento Fan says:

I have one that's less than a year old and it already has a fault. The power keeps going on and off, think other people have had this problem too.

Dylan glester says:

that is so clumsy

How many vacuum floor cleaners carpet washers do you own

Brian Torobin says:

Seems like a very effective cordless cleaner! Would be nice to see these in North American stores. I don't think the tool set up is that bad – as a matter of fact, this would work quite well for cleaning the interior of a car. If the weather is not bad when recording, it would be nice to see a video comparing some of your cordless vacs on how convenient and effective they are for car interiors and on stairs (tasks where cordless is really helpful) Just an idea, Roger! By no means a demand… 🙂

Sorry; just way too much trouble; I would purchase the Bissell Pet Eraser from what I've seen! Thx for upload Mr. Roger.

For a battery cordless vacuum that is AMAZING cleans better than a upright plugged vac, never thought a cordless could have that much power!!!!!!

I owned this one for about a week.

1. I liked the way it cleaned the floors, and I would often use the rollers on my hardwood floors and there is no sign of any damage.
2. The machine is able to maintain an upright position unlike others.
3. The canister is much easier to remove for cleaning, unlike my stupid dyson. (now that is a machine I really hate and rarely use total waste of money. well that is my opinion lol)
4. Hated the tool attachments, so never used them and also found the handle impossible to get off once on, so it was returned fully intact.

However, due to back problems found it to be too heavy for me even though it is a small machine.
I am convinced now that any small cheap machine will do the basic job of cleaning in between deep cleaning days.

Ravi W says:

it's only good for quick clean up only

GrumpyMan's REVIEWS says:

That's not bad for a cordless

David Malinovsky says:

Seems to work well.

How would you compare this to the Dyson V6?

Cleaning videos though ?

Bruce Solomon says:

Excellent demonstration Roger. I had a Bosch canister vacuum for about a year but I didn't like the tools on that either. They were too lightweight and lifted off of the surfaces and the machine didn't come with a dusting brush. A year after I bought it Bosch pulled out of the US market and stopped sending replacement bags so I bought another vacuum. Didn't have any luck with their spark plugs either.
