Excellent customer Service! I used a groupon for 2 of the previous models of Bob in October, 2015. Both were the pet hair version. One for my parents, and one for me. Bob stopped working after only a few weeks for my parents. Needless to say, I just got around to visiting them last month March 2017. While I was there they told me bob stopped working shortly after they got him. (I was like why didnât you tell me? My step-mom replies, âYour father didnât want to bother you.â What? We love our BOB We love our BOB. I am a stay at home mom and part time RN. This guy is a LIFESAVER with two large indoor dogs and a baby. We’ve had BOB since my son was old enough to crawl and I love that it keeps the floors spotless. Thank goodness for bObsweep!! We’ve been a fan of bOsweep since we moved into our new home in 2015. Recently, we purchased this new model and it’s definitely an improved version of an already good thing! We have hardwood floors throughout our home.
