Absolute Best I have owned several stick-vacs and this is the absolute BEST! I would never want to be without this little machine. I has such power and never runs out of suction. Everytime I use it I am amazed at the amount of debris it picks up, even out of my heavy carpet. Finally Finally, a dust buster/vacuum that makes sense and works! It worked for a year and a half but then … It worked for a year and a half but then the base unit would not charge the vacuum. I will update my review once their customer service reaches out to me.Update : I am bumping it up from one star to three because their customer service was pretty good. They sent me an entirely new vacuum. The problem is that vacuum also would not charge! I was able to take parts from the new vacuum and use it on my old one so at least I have one working vacuum.
