WORKS GREAT! Those w/problems didn’t charge it CORRECTLY the first time – *Very Important* Love it. Works exactly as expected. Lasts longer than my old 4.6 volt Dustbuster. Conveniently stands on it’s end, so you can store it upright. The suction is fantastic. Since the exhaust is in the rear, there is very little blowing forward, which can sometimes blow your dust around before you can suck it up.I use mine as a “dustpan”, to thoroughly eliminate dust & crud. This is great for occasional use, as long as you don’t have unrealistic expectations I really can’t believe the “mixed” reviews here. I think a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of what a battery powered hand-vac can do.Power is great for a 9.6 volt tool.
