3.5 years and still working I live in a small RV, often on DC only (charged via solar panel) and this is my main vacuum. Once a week, I do a 8 x 12 rug, upholstery, and about 8 x 4 of tile floor with it. It deals with my long hair very well and gets nicely into corners and those little ledges that catch dust.Some of the other complaints here are easily solved.
