What an Improvement!! I had the regular Symphony for 3yrs when it recently died. I can’t be without this machine as I have 15 dogs in the house!! The vacuum on the Pet Steam Mop is wonderful as it sucks up the hair from my 2 border collie x! They have clumps of hair and I didn’t expect it to be able to vacuum it up but it did with much power. Awful in Every Way! I had really high hopes for this machine as my home is entirely dark hardwood floors and I have two cats. This machine was horrible! It does not do what it is supposed to do. If you try to steam and vacuum at the same time, it just smears hair and dirt around. I tried using the vacuum first and then going back over all of the floors with the steam mop.
