I don't recall the brushes on the side – and I no longer have it to double check. I looked the photo of it – and no, it looks like they are just to catch debris.
Do the brushes on the side rotate?
I love the way it picks up any cat litter that gets pushed out of the litter box. I use mine all the time, love it!!
@metal495 i think it might, but I just banged it against the side of the trash can and it all came out where it came in, if that makes sense.
