Deep and thorough cleaning in a compact design I’m very impressed with the cleaning power that this Bissell JetScrub Upright carpet cleaner has for it’s compact size. The smaller design is big plus for me as it doesn’t take up much space to store. It has a telescoping handle that slides easily into the unit further reducing it’s storage footprint.
