like me, have other vacuums I waited until I had used this vacuum for a couple of months before reviewing. I still give it 5 stars for very specific reasons. I built a house in 2014 with ALL hard surface floors bc I have 4 dogs. One being a German Shedder. This is the 4th vacuum I have purchased in three years because all of the others got hair tangled in the roller brush. This gem has no roller brush. Problem solved. No fancy attachments, so if you, like me, have other vacuums, you can use those for the other jobs…
