Cleans but dull film left on floors I purchased this because it says restores hardwood to natural shine. Unfortunately, that is not accurate. It does clean the hardwood floors but it still leaves a dull residue on them. I even went back over my floors with water to try to remove the film it left. Still no shine. This works like the multi-surface cleaner so don’t waste your money buying this one. Smells pretty good, may leave streaks I want to like this better than I actually do. It smells much better than the multi-purpose floor cleaner that came with my Crosswave–kind of lemony. But, I do seem to have some trouble with streaking, same as I did with the multi-floor cleaner, even after switching to the Crosswave Wood Floor Brush Roll too (also bought here at Amazon).
