The Trilogy is a beast and has been put to the ultimate test when catastrophe stuck our house … Initially I wanted the Trilogy Super-Light vac because my Miele is rather heavy. I primarily have hardwood flooring and thought the Bissell would be perfect. I have the Symphony, Bissell’s steam cleaner and was so pleased with that, it’s why not? An Exceptional Vacuum. I like everything abou the ‘1683A Trilogy Superlight’ vacuum, from Bissel. I’ve tested it, throughout the house, on a tight weave Berber, high and low nap area rugs, a hard wood and tiled floor, too.
