Hi, I love your channel, would you please do a test for top vacuum for shag carpet?
I could not find anything on your channel for this and would love to hear your advice.
There's two rugs that I have in mind one is the rug we have (SAFAVIEH Milan Shag Collection SG180) and the other is very similar only the California version instead of the Milan. Both rugs are very popular on Amazon and both have very high pile I believe about 2". We originally ordered the California shag but had to return it because it kept getting caught in our vacuum the pile is much less dense. The Milan rug is what we currently have and we use the Kirby to clean it. We actually just bought the shark vertex pro thanks to your videos as the Kirby is too heavy for every day use. But I would love to see how your test would come out if you introduced a high pile shag rug.

There’s another channel that points out a lot of problems with Shark vacuums especially the Apex and Vertex saying vac technicians “hate” Shark vacuums for said reasons…not sure what to make of that channel but sounded like a sponsored channel by the competition. What do you think?

Penny for your thoughts, could you use the shark soft roller function as a sort of mop for hard floors? For example, spray some all purpose cleaner down on your bathroom floor and slowly vacuum over it.

If you’re planning on getting a SHARK VERTEX POWERED LIFT AWAY Duo clean: great vacuum but be prepared for it to trip the breakers making it impossible to use especially if you plan to use it in a new-build home.
After binge watching some of your videos this morning, I have mixed emotions. I’m 1. Glad that I somehow managed to own your number one “cheap” recommendation, but 2. I now want to include a vacuum on my list for our new house because some of these are really just impressive, specifically for the aspect of them making the amount of dust in my home so much better
I have the Shark rotator true pet and I love love love it, but the brush roll just randomly stopped working. And I haven’t found anything I like as much as that one.

I have called shark customer service numerous times, cleaned filter. Cked wands, done everything shark sd to ck….still just slings dust, dog hair all over, doesn't pull it up into dust canister…..HELP
