i bought mine the other day and it works on wood but when i try to vacuum on carpet its so hard to push and doesnt vacuum well im wondering if there's a button or something i need to change?

I love mine and I get about 25 minutes of run time and works great picking up dog hair as I have 5 big dogs that shed alot

I bought a second hand A10 Hero, battery life in around 5-10 mins as its 2nd hand, tried to buy a second battery and it was over £50, which stops me from keeping it, Tineco newer models usually come with 2 batteries
