Best Vacuum? $60 vs $500 Dyson? Let’s Find Out!

Brands: Dyson, Shark Stratos, Shark 360, Kenmore, Bissell 2252, Eureka, Amazon Basics: Bissell Compact. Vacuums compared for performance for air speed and lift, deep cleaning carpet, picking up small, dense object, cleaning close to a wall, lifting sand out of a crevice, cleaning a bare floor.

I bought all of the vacuums and supplies used to test the vacuums to ensure a fair review. So, thank you for supporting the channel!

@Tech875O says:

How come you refer to higher watt units as better?
They should be labeled worse, as they're less efficient and cost more money to use.

@monkeyman1730 says:

OMG… I might be knit-picking here BUT the editing of pre-recorded words while mixing the rest of the sentence is KILLING ME! Its so annoying. "And the…" "at the price…" etc… horrible but i like the your video content.

@macthemec says:

Can you do an update with suction power in in/wc after they have been used? I find some vacuums work well but the filters plug up quickly

@fredashay says:

It looks like the first Bissel and the Amazon Basics and the Eureka are all the same vacuum with different styling.
Seems like the Dyson and the Shark Stratos are the two best though they are mad expensive!
Wish you had included an Oreck which considered by many to be the absolute best vacuum ever made.

@cameronwingate7477 says:

I like the Dyson and shark with out spending 2.000$

@gudenau says:

One really big thing about the Dyson my family got around 15 years ago is that it still works just fine after going through several different ones that only lasted around a year before it.

Edit: fixed the time span, man time goes fast.

@reviewassistant6891 says:

Is shark a american sweetheart or something, dyson are better imo

@person880 says:

I really like the table at the end showing all the tests for all the vacuums!

@nickmcginley4570 says:

I think the vacuums they sold in decades past were far more powerful than these new ones.

@mickrambo6787 says:

Every vacuum pretty much stinks. Get a used vacuum from a hotel. Bought a kirby from goodwill 4 years ago for 25 bucks. SOOO great.

@BurntTransistor says:

I have central vac.. why am i watching this

@jesusp.6993 says:

Really wish the makita industrial upright vacuum was here; almost $1000. Impractical in this comparison, but still though.

@hotbrakepads says:

Great video, but you need to do one that includes a real vacuum like a Miele or Sebo.

@ninjazzrhythm400 says:

No Hoover? 😢

@JMFSpike says:

A+++++++ testing as always. Nobody can or will ever match your thoroughness. I was hoping to see a Dirt Devil tested in this (I have a 17 year old Dirt Devil Breeze), but I certainly understand why you left some vacuums out. They are expensive! Very interesting results here though. That Kenmore definitely caught my attention. If you want an exceptionally good vacuum at a much more affordable price, that one looks like the way to go!

@macncheese1991 says:

yeal well i bought that exact same dyson a year ago and the motor smoked its self. junk ill never buy another one after that

@fizzinsoda says:

first time I used a shark it shocked everyone who cleaned with it, they hadnt realized how much hair came out of their carpets.

@MR_G92 says:

I seem to find dyson is better on carpet, but shark is far better on hard floors, the henry is just handy for hoovering the car out

@xXtacoman452Xx says:

It's reviews like this one that make me wonder what he does with the products after he's finished testing them like man has 8 vacuums now, does he return them or donate them???

@OnionRingsGaming says:

oh hell yea I havent been recommended a project farm video in a long time and I LOVE vacuums. I have a shark navigator or something like that, its super nice, but lets see what your data finds out!!

@jivepatrol6833 says:

I bought a Shark Stratos right from the company late last year and it is amazing! I additionally received all the attachments and a floor steamer too from company promotions. The Shark has great suction, is easy to empty, does a good job of air filtration and is light and maneuverable. It certainly is the best vacuum I have ever owned. Thank you for the good test program.

@dejue says:

Yikes Why is he talking like that?

@Itsallawesome says:

Literally zero reason to chose the Shark Stratos over the Dyson

@bhunter736 says:

As everyone else has said, thank you! Your test reviews are amazing, useful, and entertaining. Have you considered testing the cordless stick vacuums?

@theuriah01 says:

Why didn't you put Kirby and Rainbow into this test? 😒😒😒

I'll lend you a Kirby to test if you want to revisit.

@Ron-ve8mr says:

Your voice inflection gives me a migraine

@Digitalsurfer265 says:

I’m I getting old? Why did I watch an entire vacuum battle royal

@OIFIIIOIF-VET says:

Fishing Line. Braided, monofilament, fluorocarbon, and hybrids.

Also, you should get with Pan the Organizer to do a car detail product series. Could help you both grow. he has the knowledge of the products, you have the testing methods.
