This was interesting. Usually we find out middle of the road is a good place to land. However, it seems like you get what you pay for in this market. 500+ seems insane for a vacuum, though. Especially considering battery life seems abysmal across the board. Guess I've never timed how long we vacuum, but 9 minutes just doesn't seem long if are doing a weekly clean on the whole house.

There's no need for a 2nd vid. The youtube channel vacuum wars is where all the info is.

Bring on round 2

In the first few seconds I noticed the Hart is definitely made by hoover… it's so similar to the onepwr that I would bet many parts are interchangeable.

11:15 Did you ever see yourself ever becoming a door-to-door vacuum salesman? lol That's what it looks like too. lol Thanks for the video~!

Richard Green says:

You took my advice. Great job.

JW says:

One major benefit of Dyson's dual-stage cyclone patent is only a very small amount of fine dust exits the cyclone and hit the exhaust filter, therefore the filter requires much less cleaning. Everyone else has only single-stage cyclone, which is the dust bin.

what about each product warranty?

Great comparison as always Todd. I would love to see the Craftsman cordless in the matchup. Got it a while ago (on sale for $99 or $129, can't remember) and was curious how it stands up to the competition.

If you make a second part down the road, I'd be very curious how the M18 version works! Ryobi made it in….

Here is a crazy idea, since diesel engines can also run on any cooking oil, that would mean diesel fuel is probably closer to oil. What happens when you use diesel fuel in the crank case to lubricate an engine? Diesel or gas engine or both. LOL

Oh and its like a week now i thought about suggesting it to you, and just remembered. The engine i blew up had canola oil for lube. I just tore into it today scrounging for parts and was amazed at how the oil held up. It was still slippery and felt like silk. FYI, it was an old briggs engine that my friend gave me. Was knocking already and threw the connecting rod. I just got another mower cheap that was damaged in shipping. Brand new. Only had a small hole in the crank case where the fuel tank mounted. So im running it on canola oil for lube and put an hour meter on it. I think i wont have any problems with it. If you are interested i will keep u posted. But grass cutting season is pretty much finished in my nick of the woods.
