Just know people that the rechargeable battery packs are replaceable once some of their internal batteries start going dead and are no longer providing enough of a charge to power the item it's supposed to be powering. And yes, this does mean that not all the batteries in the pack is just a bunch of AA & AAA batteries paralleled together and they are not all actually completely discharged and unusable. Much less some are repurposeable.

I got a Dyson V10 yrs ago. Loved it so much that I put it upstairs and got a Dyson V15. I had to learn how to use it according to my behavior. LOL. I love it. I have hardwood, ceramic, and carpet, and rugs. So good for all the dog hair and a huge canister. Battery is great!!! I love Bissell too but so many are coming out. The pain is real!!!
I suggest getting one or two extra batteries so you easily switch them out
