Cheryl Coverdale says:

Read Sao’s comment, problem solved! Thanks, Sao. Maybe video should address the which end to insert.

Cheryl Coverdale says:

Top does not close. Video does not focus on closing dirt bin after sliding filter in. Video makes reassembly look easy. It is not. Latch does not close easily and positioning of top of the separator is not addressed. Help!

Aomar Boudir says:

Debbie says:

I LOVE mine!! Just needed a refresher for washing the sponge. I'm also going to try and rinse the actual container part. They still sell them on HSN (unless sold out) thinking of buying one for my son.

greenFinger225 says:

Why isnt this vacuum available in australia?

Kath Harney says:

Like the comment below I had been trying to put the filter in the wrong end. Felt such an idiot when you know how!

Cynthia Rejoyce Lindsey says:

I can't release the lid by the arrow.

Sao says:

Been trying for nearly an hour only to realise now that I’ve been putting the separator/filter in on the wrong side this whole entire time shoving it in and trying to get it to close forcing it shut like a psychopath

Stephanie Lambert says:

hi.anyone know if you can rinse the actual dirt bin in the same way you can with the filter?

QFK's special says:

Another way to clean the filter is to vacuum it off with another vacuum. This is what I do because I don't want to wait for the filter to dry. It is, however, "double jeopardy" for the poor dust to get vacuumed twice. LOL

Susan Rixon says:

I have a an AirRam. Not happy as it smells! I do not have any pets & I have washed the filter.
