The EGO line are good products and I considered buying one of their cordless ones to dry our cars with. However, in Canada they are very expensive, and the battery was extra, then the attachments were extra, so maybe for a professional car dealer but in my experience too expensive for the weekend warrior…

Can you compare this to the Milwaukee dual battery vacuum?
Same story as my flex vc6, the corded variant is like 3 times stronger and 1/3rd of the price. I already invested into dewalt batteries but wanted a good compact vac (the dewalt cordless sucks) so i just bought the corded one.
Honestly this is pretty decent if a cord reaaaally isn’t an option due to living in an apt building or something, only then i would get something like this.
Great review as I am an Ego covert with my gardening tools & was thinking of grabbing one of these for car & general cleaning jobs. Maybe a quick demo video of the wet cleaning procedures would be great Pan, if you have time. Keep up the great work ✌🏼

Looks like a nice piece of kit! Pricey but if you can make economic sense through the additional features with some value for you, a viable option for sure.
Those ridgid vacuums are the best! And for $100 you can’t beat it
I like the on/off from the cuff, Festool does that on their corded vacuums. It looks alot like my Milwaukee on the inside. thanks for sharing pan.

Hey Pan how does this stack next to the Flex 9 gallon ? I notched it has a little more cfm. Was looking at both as I’m upgrading from the same Ridgid unit.
