Depends on the budget of the individuals. There is a famous saying, “paisa fek, tamasha dekh”.
These machines come as cheap as 7K & stretches to 1.5L. More expensive than this would be there in the market though.
Expensive one has much more features in it & is hassle free. It reaches corner of the house as well. These cleaning machines are evolving rapidly.
So completely depends on ones budget.
When we buy the expensive machines, we buy peace along. No chik chik with domestic help & their sudden absence without notice and their constant requirements. Specially for the transferable jobs, when every new place becomes challenging because of various factors. And to understand native people is even more challenging. They too take full advantage of us.
Hence in my opinion it is the most needed stuff to ease the stressful situation of new places.
Don't buy Eureka products. They call you 1000 gives till you buy the product. After purchase, if any problem arises, their customer service is pathetic. They don't respond to your calls, and no one will come to even check the product. It's a dead investment.
Don't go on YouTube half information. Do a complete reach before buying the product. I am suffering from buying ecovacs products. Ecovacs product parts are only available in Mumbai. Post warranty if any part needs to be replaced you have to pay heavy shipping charges along with part charges. Also, you will get a delayed response & resolution.
I purchased a Eureka Forbes LVac Voice Pro Robotic Vacuum Cleaner just 14 months ago, and now I am facing an “Error 5” issue. Since the warranty has expired, I contacted the service center and was given a local service manager’s number. However after one month, I am still getting the same frustrating response:
— The issue is either with the motor or the board and the estimated repair cost is ₹8,000. — I agreed to the repair, but they keep saying spares are not available with no clear timeline!
This his has been a horrible experience. I had a similar issue 15 years ago with Eureka Forbes’ Aqua Guard and I thought the service might have improved—but it is still as bad as ever. The service team is unresponsive, unprofessional and lacks basic customer service skills.
I strongly advise others not to purchase Eureka Forbes products. While the product itself may be decent, the service is unreliable and unacceptable. Customers should not be left waiting for months just to get a basic repair.
